Utah Ski Gear offers a

The 2016/17 Volkl 90eight is a lightweight, versatile and fully capable all mountain machine.

While many might understand the 90eight to be a lighter and more playful alternative to Volkl’s beloved hard charging Mantra, it's an incredible ski in its own right! As expected, the 90eight is 98mm underfoot and it's super versatile because of that. Camber underfoot and a lightweight construction make this all mountain ripper totally comfortable cruising and carving through groomers but of course, that's not all the 90eight can do. Freeski tip and tail rocker allow the 90eight to float through deeper snow with ease and rip through crud with less chatter than would be expected from a ski with no metal in its core. Volkl’s 3D Ridge Technology reduces the inertial mass around the edges of the skis, allowing for a particularly lightweight feel and increased agility. Plus, because of a design that combines a dense ash core and a soft supple poplar core, the 90eight is able to offer a stable and lively ride while sacrificing very little.

If you’re looking for something to take on the whole mountain without being locked into a more serious, stiff, hard charger, check out these Volkl 90eights!

Special Safety Notice for Bindings: We urge you to take your boots and bindings to a shop certified by the bindings’ manufacturer to have a function check. The majority of shops will charge for this service. Even though we may, by request, check to see if a binding should fit your boot sole length, such an adjustment and fit check does not verify that the bindings will release properly with your boot. Only a certified shop can do this, with the user's boots present.
