The 148 Head Total Joy is a lightweight performance women's all mountain ski for intermediate skiers.
If you're looking for a women's ski that is intuitive and easy to ride anywhere on the mountain, the Head Total Joy is just what the doctor ordered. The Total Joy's whole design is focused on creating a ski that is more capable while weighing less. They achieve this by building the core from lightweight Karuba wood and reinforcing it with Graphene and carbon. The Total Joy also saves weight with an integrated lightweight, high performance Joy 11 GW SLR binding that is super adjustable and gripwalk compatible. This means you can ski as hard as you want and at the end of the day your legs will be less tired so you can get up and ski the next day and the next. These Head skis do a great job of absorbing vibrations and with Head's Era 3.0 rocker profile the ski doesn't grab or hook in unless you tell it to. This all adds up to a ski that is super forgiving in the crud while maintaining stability at speed. The Head Total Joy is the obvious choice for a grab-and-go women's all mountain ski!

Special Safety Notice for Bindings: We urge you to take your boots and bindings to a shop certified by the bindings’ manufacturer to have a function check. The majority of shops will charge for this service. Even though we may, by request, check to see if a binding should fit your boot sole length, such an adjustment and fit check does not verify that the bindings will release properly with your boot. Only a certified shop can do this, with the user's boots present.
