When fresh snow falls on warmer spring days, Cera Nova X CH10 Yellow from Swix is the ski wax you want coating your bases. Made with hydrocarbon paraffin, this wax is a bit harder than the previous Cera Nova formula, and is thus easier to work with. If you're planning on skiing summer corn in the off-season, you will want to apply layers of cold, fluoro, and graphite waxes for optimum glide. But for most skiers, a coat of CH10 Yellow slush wax is just the ticket for spring skiing.
