Most folks will focus on one of these departments:
Online: Our online staff helps sell and fulfill orders via our Shopify website, as well as multiple other 3PL selling channels. Our team will see customers through their entire purcahse journey from customer aquision and pre-purcahse questions, all the way to shipping and following up with post-purcahse inquiries. If you have online, marketing, customer service, shipping, or analytical skills, our Online Team is for you!
In Shop: Our retail shop staff work directly with customers throughout the ski season, recommending ski and board gear, fit boots, and other fun stuff.
Tuning: Our tuning staff help ensure our customers have a safe and fun experience on the hill. If you are comfortable with tools and mechanics, can work quickly and efficiently, and want to help people enjoy their time on the hill, this position is for you.
