Most tuning equipment, ski apparel, backcountry touring equipment, boot heaters, and accessories ship for free.

We do not offer complimentary shipping for tuning machines, wax tables or ski bags. Depending on the weight of the item, complimentary shipping will either be USPS First Class or USPS Priority.

Therm-ic FootWarmer Power Pack Set Max will ship UPS because it contains Ni-MH batteries

No, we do not require a signature for packages delivered. If you would like to require a signature then please make a note of it in your order at check-out.

Skis and Snowboard shipping costs will be calculated at check-out based on the item’s weight and your location. We try to only charge only the amount of actual shipping.

A billing address is not required so you only need to enter your shipping information.

Yes! We can ship anywhere in the world.  Please be advised:  By default, any applicable taxes and duties are billed to the recipient of an international shipment. Once customs officials determine the taxes and duties due, the recipient will be contacted to pay any charges so that the shipment can continue to move toward its destination.

It is the customer’s full responsibility to pay any return shipping fees associated with this order.

We continue with regular shipping on Saturdays during peak season (September-April 15th). During off-peak season we ship Monday-Friday.

Your confirmation email will contain a tracking number for your package. Please contact us if you need not receive a confirmation email or tracking number.

If you opt for the ‘free shipping’ option at check-out then it will either be shipped USPS Priority or USPS First Class, depending on the weight of the item. However, electronic boot heater batteries with Lithium batteries must be shipped through UPS. You can also choose an alternative shipping method at check-out to match your needs. Items that do not qualify for free shipping will be shipping depending on your selected shipping method.

At this time we do not offer gift wrapping on our items.

Orders shipped through USPS can be delivered to P.O. boxes, but UPS does not allow shipment to P.O. Boxes.

We do not offer shipping insurance, but all of our products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed so we will be happy to exchange a product in the unfortunate case that it is damaged or lost during shipping. (See return information below)

We do our best to ship everything out the day it is ordered. The exceptions are: if an item is ordered after 5 pm, on a Sunday, or on a federal holiday.

On average USPS First Class and USPS Priority mail will take 3-5 days. If you choose to overnight your item, please call our store to make sure that is a possibility for the desired product. Upgraded and expedited shipping options are available at check-out.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped. To further track your shipment, you can click on ‘track package’ under ‘my orders’

You can track your package on ‘purchase history’ under ‘my account. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your package has shipped

eBay’s guaranteed shipping times are automated and calculated through an online system. They do not necessarily accurately reflect shipping speeds.

If you would like to keep the item then you can ‘Report Late Delivery’ under your purchase history and you will receive a $5 eBay voucher. If you no longer need the item then we can send you a pre-paid shipping label for you to send the item back.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item that you purchased from us, either for a refund or exchange, please read our return policies below.

Items purchased in person at Utah Ski Gear (600 E 9400 S Sandy, UT) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchasing them.

Items purchased pre-season (August-November) can be returned by December 31st   

All items can be returned for full price with the exception of brand new skis that have been used or drilled for bindings- We have these available for demo if you are unsure about purchasing them.

Brand new skis that are returned will be subject to a tuning fee, which starts at $30.

To return an item in-store please bring the credit card you purchased it on or a receipt. Text, email, and printed receipts are all acceptable.

If you would like to exchange the item then please ‘Contact Us’ and let us know that you would like to initiate an exchange. This way we can ensure we have the replacement product available.

If you are returning or exchanging the item because it is defective then please ‘Contact Us’ and we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label. Please include the original packing slip or another form of documentation that includes the order number.

Additionally, please include the details of your return and if you are looking to refund or exchange your order.

All items can be returned for full price with the exception of brand new skis that have been used or drilled for bindings.  These will be subject to a tuning fee, which starts at $30.

We will refund your money or send out a replacement item once we receive the item. Items purchased on our website may be returned within 45 days of purchase.

Items purchased on eBay can be returned for money back within a 60 day period.

We also offer free shipping for  domestic returns through eBay.

Please send us a message through eBay or inquire through our ‘Contact Us’ form if you would like to go through with a return or exchange for an item purchased on eBay.

We adhere to Amazon’s return policy of 30 days.

We offer free return shipping if the item you purchased is being returned or exchanged because it is defective. You can return an item purchased through Amazon two ways- either by shipping it back to our store or by going through Amazon. Going through Amazon is frequently the quickest way, but either way will work.

A prepaid shipping label will allow you to send through product back to Amazon headquarters
Your account will be refunded for your order

If you wish for an exchange: You can now purchase your desired product replacement

You can either message us on Amazon or through our ‘Contact Us’ form. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label for you to ship the item back to us. Once we receive the item we will be able to refund the money for your order or send out a replacement item if you wish for an exchange.

Items purchased through Wal-Mart can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Login to Walmart.com Go to ‘My Account’. Click the item you wish to return under Recent Orders. Click See Details and then Contact this Seller. Choose Initiate a Return and include information about your product return.

If you would like to return an item that was purchased on Sideline Swap, you can send it back to our address upon initiation of your refund/return THROUGH Sideline Swap.

If you would like to return an item because it is defective or does not meet your expectations, your return should be initiated through Sideline Swap first.  Your return MUST be initiated with 72 hours of receiving the item.  Sideline Swap Return Policy here.
