The Fischer Transalp 86 Carbon are high-performance touring skis designed to be lightweight, durable, and high performing in any condition. With a lightweight carbon fiber construction the Tansalp is optimized for uphill efficiency, without sacrificing downhill performance.
The Transalp 86 Carbon has a classic camber profile that offers excellent edge grip and stability on firm snow, and a versatile 86mm waist width that provides ample float in deeper snow. The skis also feature Fischer's Aeroshape design, which uses a unique 3D shape to reduce weight and improve torsional stiffness for enhanced control and responsiveness.
The skis have a skin-compatible notch in the tail, which makes attaching and detaching climbing skins quick and easy. The Transalp 86 Carbon also features a Tour Rocker profile, which combines an early-rise tip with a slightly raised tail to improve turn initiation and maneuverability in deep snow.
