The Leki Spitfire Lite S is a high level junior alpine ski pole designed for advanced little rippers who love to go fast! With a sturdy 16mm aluminum shaft, a compact, universal trekking basket and a precision steel tip, the Spitfire has all the makings of solid all around pole. But the thing that sets the Spitfire Lite S apart from other junior poles is found at the top. This pole features Leki’s Trigger S SL Grip and a Trigger Vario Strap. This unique system is the result of combining an ergonomic handle with a race inspired design with a super adjustable and personazibale strap and then adding an industry leading safety function: Trigger System. This revolutionary system allows for the strap (or Leki Trigger gloves) to click in and out of the poles with ease. Just like how ski bindings release to save your limbs, the Leki Trigger System will do the same.
