Friendly and fabulous atmosphere. Staff is not interested in upselling but helping one get into the best gear and product that will best suit the skier. It is a quaint old place full of possibilities and surprises. We purchased skies a few weeks ago but ended up being too long. So today we switched them out today without any problem.
