The Kid's Contour Hybrid Mix 95 Climbing Skins hail from the picturesque Tirol region in Austria, a place where skiing is deeply ingrained in family traditions. Born from this skiing heritage, these skins boast a distinctive hybrid adhesive system that seamlessly merges top-notch performance with exceptional durability. Crafted with a plush blend of mohair, sourced from Angora goats with a composition of 65% Mohair and 35% Nylon, these skins strike the perfect balance between grip and glide.
The mohair fibers, a mere 0.03 millimeters in diameter and hollow inside, ensure a lightweight and flexible experience, even in the most frigid conditions. Produced in accordance with the Mohair Sustainable Guidelines (MSG), these skins align with environmentally conscious practices.
These skins offer a hassle-free experience—simply trim them to fit the length of the ski, and your young adventurer is ready to ascend. Thanks to Contour's innovative hybrid adhesive, using these skins is a breeze, ensuring an enjoyable journey to the summit and a thrilling descent with plenty of energy to spare
- Mohair Blend – 65% Mohair / 35% Nylon
- 125cm length (suitable for skis up to 140 cm)
- 95mm width (trim to fit)
- No tail clips! Just trim to fit the length of the ski and start skinning
- Hybrid Glue – The first-ever twin-layer adhesive technology for climbing skins. The upper layer sticks the skin firmly to the ski even at low temperatures. It is easy to remove and does not leave any residue on the ski base
- Washable with soap and water to restore tackiness
Easy Trimming – An offset hybrid cutter is provided, and the backing foil is divided into 3 parts - remove just the center part of the backing to trim the skins, this makes the process much smoother and cleaner. Then remove the two outer strips and you're ready to go!
