Moment Wildcat 116 [2023] Skis with Look Pivot 15 Bindings | 179cm - USED

The Moment Wildcat 116 Skis with Look Pivot 15 Bindings are a high-performance freeride and powder ski setup designed for advanced skiers who enjoy charging steep terrain, floating through deep powder, and exploring the entire mountain. Built by independent American ski manufacturer Moment, the Wildcat series is known for combining playful maneuverability with powerful downhill performance.

Featuring a generous 116mm waist width, the Moment Wildcat 116 provides excellent flotation in deep powder and soft snow. Its wide platform helps keep the skis riding high in fresh snow while maintaining stability when navigating variable conditions, chopped-up powder, and challenging big mountain terrain. At 179cm, this setup offers a versatile balance of maneuverability, stability, and float for aggressive freeride skiing.

The Wildcat incorporates Moment's signature Mustache Rocker profile, combining rocker in the tip and tail with camber underfoot. This design allows the skis to pivot, smear, and release turns easily while maintaining edge hold and stability when carving through firmer snow. The progressive shape and playful twin-tip design make the Wildcat equally enjoyable for slashing through trees, skiing natural terrain features, and charging open bowls.

The ski's construction features a poplar and ash wood core reinforced with carbon fiber and fiberglass laminates. A full sidewall construction and vibration-damping materials help provide durability, energy, and stability at higher speeds. This combination gives the Wildcat its distinctive playful yet powerful freeride personality.

This setup comes equipped with Look Pivot 15 bindings, a premium alpine binding system recognized for its turntable heel design, excellent elastic travel, and reliable retention characteristics. The Pivot binding platform is popular among freeride and freestyle skiers who prioritize performance, shock absorption, and secure boot retention.
